Fire Officer II is designed to prepare fire service personnel to assume greater leadership responsibilities within their departments. Building on the foundational knowledge from Fire Officer I, this course focuses on advanced supervisory skills, operational planning, and administrative functions. Topics include incident command, personnel management, public relations, and strategic decision-making. Upon completion, participants will be equipped to manage multiple resources at emergency scenes and contribute effectively to departmental goals and community safety initiatives.
