Fire and EMS supervisors gain essential leadership skills for effective management, successful role transitions, and building a foundation through creative, analytical, political, and critical thinking approaches. Meets the requirements of the Managing Officer Program for completion of Leadership I, II, and III. Prerequisites: ICS-100 and ICS-200. ICS-100/200 can be taken online.
