MFSI maintains a vast variety of assets ranging from individual pieces of equipment, larger props and entire trailers that support these fire training events. To ensure the continuation of this mission, it is necessary to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of all materials and equipment. MFSI looks for the assistance of all departments to maintain proper use, maintenance, cleaning and storage of our assets that are provided. Please review and check the boxes, acknowledging that you have read and accept the following statements.The Lead Instructor has been properly trained and shall be present during set-up, operations, and take down on the requested assets:*This includes, but is not limited to, attending appropriate train-the-trainer sessions, and reading and understanding any manuals or operational documents relating to the asset on loan. This also includes proper use of the asset as it is originally designed for while using current best practices. It is the chief’s responsibility to understand what asset(s) are being requested to meet such objectives.
