MFSI CERTIFICATES: Please wait at least 45 days after testing to check on your certificate. The typical timing to receive a program certificate is 30-45 days from the time MFSI receives the final program paperwork from the program coordinator. SMCC/MFSI is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information.
SMCC TRANSCRIPTS/CERTIFICATE COPIES: If you have an outstanding financial obligation to the college for any reason, you will not receive your certificate/transcript. If you want a copy of your SMCC transcript, please make the request to the Registrar’s Office. Not all courses we offer will be on a transcript. Here is the link and instructions to obtain a SMCC transcript.
NATIONAL FIRE ACADEMY COURSES: MFSI does not issue NFA certificates nor receives copies. Please visit the NFA website and follow the instructions for obtaining a transcript. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery to the email address you provided on their form upon completing an NFA course. Delays will occur if you have not filled their form out correctly or if they cannot read it.
