MFSI has recently updated our certification procedure for non-MFSI deliveries of the Fire Instructor I & II program.

This new policy, which went into effect January 1, 2020, is designed to ensure that instructor trainers meet the qualifications set forth by NFPA professional standards. A memo that was distributed to Municipal Fire Training Program Coordinators last winter is reproduced below, and describes the policy update in greater detail.
